Requesting a daily rental:

  4. An administrative assistant will email you a confirmation number within 24 hours.  

Picking-up a rental at PA College:

There are three designated Enterprise parking spots in the Visitors Lot outside the Stoudt Building Main Entrance.

  1. Let the Stoudt Building front desk security officer know you are here to pick up a rental car.
  2. The security officer will provide a sign out sheet for you to complete.
  3. The security officer will confirm your identity and provide a copy of the rental agreement that lists the make & model of your vehicle and the keys.
    • Keys will only be released to the person named on the rental agreement.
    • Pick up will be available up to one hour prior to your requested rental start time. Please communicate with the administrative assistant coordinating your rental with any special pick-up time requests  

Returning a rental to PA College:

  1. Return a car on or before the requested time.
  2. Park the rental car in a designated Enterprise parking spot in the Visitor’s Lot.
  3. Return the keys to the front desk security officer
  4. Complete the return time on the sign-out log
  5. Email Topless cameltoe and inform her that you are finished with the rental. Failure to do so could result in your cost center being charged for additional rental time.

Picking up & dropping off at an Enterprise location

  1. Share your identification with the Enterprise rental location clerk and proceed with using the rental vehicle
  2. Return the vehicle to the Enterprise location on or before the requested time

Enterprise Rental Car FAQ

I have a special pick up/drop off/time request.
Communicate with the administrative assistant coordinating your rental and they will work to accommodate your needs. Remember that these need to be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

I am at the Stoudt Building Front Desk to pick up/drop off my rental, but no one is here. What should I do?

Call Security at 717-947-6009 and someone will meet you at the front desk. Please do not take keys from or leave keys at the desk without a security officer or administrative assistant present.

Oh no! I am driving the vehicle and experienced a flat tire/warning light/accident

In a nutshell: Be safe, stay with the vehicle, and contact Enterprise directly.
During business hours: Call Enterprise at 717-391-7080, option 4.
Outside business Hours: Call Enterprise toll-free Roadside Assistance Hotline at 1-800-736-8222.

Also make sure to email or call the administrative assistant to let them know what happened.

There is a minor problem with the car. Should I say something?

If you have any dissatisfaction with your vehicle, make sure to let the administrative assistant you’ve been working with know. We want to give real-time feedback to Enterprise to ensure the vehicles we receive are of excellent quality.

I would like to extend my rental period. What should I do?

Email the administrative assistant coordinating your rental as soon as possible – preferably within 24 hours. Extension requests made to Enterprise are not guaranteed.

I am an Admissions Counselor. I’ve heard there is a rental car for my department. How does that work?  

The Admissions department rents one car to be on-hand during busy seasons (sometimes referred to as the “monthly rental” or “admissions car”). It is available to reserve first-come, first-served. We recommend reserving all your dates at the beginning of the season, if possible.

Oh great! How do I reserve the monthly rental?

The Admission monthly rental can be reserved via Outlook calendar.  Follow the steps below:

  1. Send a meeting planner to Rental Car Number One with the date(s) and time(s) you will need the car.
    • Keep in mind that the keys will only be available up to one hour prior to your requested time. If you want to pick up the keys earlier, include that time in your meeting planner.
  • An administrative assistant will review and respond to your request
    • Request Accepted: The car will be available for pick up at your requested time.
    • Request Declined: The car is already booked. You will need to request a daily rental using Morocco men naked. These requests are only accommodated if made within 24 hours.
  • Pick up the keys at the Stoudt Building security desk
    • These will be available up to one hour prior to your requested time
    • The security officer will confirm your reservation in outlook and provide a sign-out sheet for you to complete
    • Please do not take keys from the security desk. A security officer or administrative assistant must release the keys to you.
  • Return the keys to the Stoudt Building security desk on or before the requested end time
    • Keys must be returned to the security desk, even if you have requested the rental again later in the day.  

I am not an Admissions Counselor but unexpectedly need a rental car. Can I use this monthly rental?

It is preferred that you rent a separate vehicle or use your own car and be reimbursed Pound puppies pornUnder special circumstances, you may request permission from the Admissions Director or the Assistant Admissions Director to use this vehicle and reserve via the steps above.
